Lee Ann Latimer created Latimer Designs, Inc. in 2014 after leaving her corporate job of 8 years. Latimer Designs, Inc provides quality residential and commercial design services for home and business owners in Dallas and northeast Texas.
Lee Ann prides herself on guiding clients through the design process by combining their individual style and her knowledge of architecture and interior design, sound construction principles, and timeless detailing while maintaining budget and other necessary constraints.
She provides high quality construction drawings and is there to help throughout the construction process from ground-breaking to final selection and installation.
Working Process
We understand this process can be overwhelming and we want to make sure we help guide you through it from start to finish.
To bring your vision to life, we will need to start by having a Kick Off Meeting. This is were we sit down and go over all the details of your project.
After this first meeting, we should have everything we need to draft up your first floor plan. This starts the review process and making sure you are part of the design each step of the way.
Once the floor plan is perfect, we will move on the the exterior elevations. This is where the project starts to come to life! You will again be reviewing the drawings to ensure that it captures your every dream. As soon as the exterior has been approved, you can sit back and relax, we have the rest covered. We will prepare the remaining drawings your builder will need to build the project.
